Throughout the day, we collect and process online orders. Here’s what you can expect:

You will receive an e-mail order confirmation which will detail the contents of your order, your order total, and tracking numbers. If you have not received an email confirmation of your order within 24 hours (Monday- Friday), please contact us at 800-999-9534.

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekend days and on Friday after 1:30 p.m. MST will ship on Monday.

All orders ship UPS ground which takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. If you need expedited shipping, please call to request this.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your order. Shipping charges to and from your location will not be refunded.
